The KMW Standard Rifle my idea of a "no frills" working rifle.  This rifle gives up nothing in the accuracy and reliability departments.  When compared to other company's base rifle offerings I think you will see that it offers a superior value.

    I carefully chose the components that comprise this rifle package based on personal experience and feedback from Law Enforcement. 

     

    The Surgeon RSR action for the heart of the Standard Rifle.  This action is a custom product that arrives at my shop with all receiver and bolt surfaces true and properly mated and timed.  In addition to the precision manufacture this action also provides the following enhancments.

    Surface ground recoil lug with original KMW profile and double pins.

    One piece bolt body with integral handle.

    Extra large scope base screws and two positioning pins.

    Accepts Remington pattern trigger, firing pin, ejector, extractor and feed system for ease of long term maintenance.

     

    My favorite work stock is the Winchester Marksman.  This stock is produced by McMillan Fiberglass Stocks and is a clone of the original Winchester Model 70 Target stock designed in the 1960s. 

    Most people do not realize that this stock spawned other popular designs including the Baker Special, Robar SR-90 and McMillan A-5.  I liked the original Marksman stock so much that it was the inspiration and starting point for my own SENTINEL and M.A.C.S.
