Zealot - LE Professional grade rifle chassis.

After sitting on this design for over 10 years and not seeing the features I wanted in other chassis, I decided to make the leap and produce the Zealot.
The first iteration of this chassis is the "LE" version because that vertical market is my primary customer base. Other versions to follow including a competition model and Tikka compatible models.
I have admittedly been slow in getting this chassis production up to speed enough to offer it as a stand-alone offering but we are finally starting to ramp up. The good news is that after already delivering a good number of complete Zealot rifles, the basic system is proven.
PURPOSE BUILT
The Zealot - L.E. rifle chassis is designed, developed and built by KMW-Long Range Solutions with the best available technology and components available.
The Zealot is designed and constructed to provide operational snipers a highly adaptable, rugged and accurate rifle stock suited to today’s high threat environments. The design also allows for future addition of emerging technologies with minimal or no modification to the base rifle.
This rifle chassis is built with high mobility in mind while understanding the need for comfort over extended deployment, ruggedness and all weather reliability.
Some of the main features of this chassis are:
* All components are aerospace-grade 7075-T6 for maximum strength and rigidity.
* The lowest possible center of gravity of any chassis on the market. The bottom surface of the forend is
only 0.920" from the centerline of the bore.
* Monolithic chassis body design eliminates screws and fasteners used by others to attach the forend. This
and internal ribs running the long axis guarantee maximum stiffness and rigidity which minimizes forend
flex with minimal weight increase.
* Integral CaptvMag feature controls AICS pattern magazines to eliminate mag related bolt binding and
mis-feeds normally associated with other chassis when the magazine is pushed upward or to the rear
during use.
* Completely blended and deburred grip areas that are hand friendly and designed to assist with proper
alignment with the trigger.
* Z-Latch allows rapid adjustment of both the Length of Pull as well as the Cheek Rest Height without tools.
* Folding buttstock with heavy duty hinge and locking system. Rare earth magnet secures stock in folded
position. Will fold over most bolt handles with 90* bolt lift. Will not fold over most 60*/ 3 lug bolt handles.
* Totally enclosed forend. Unique split hemisphere forend design guarantees rigidity and lowest profile.
Only 2 safety screws to remove to allow top handguard/upper hemisphere to be removed.
* Accepts barrel contours up to and including straight 1.250”.
* Accepts all known R700 and R700 clone recoil lugs without modification.
* 24 M-Lok slots available in the forend.
* 4 x Flush Cup sling hard points (*including one movable M-LOK mounted )
* Captured stock bolts cannot be lost if chassis is removed in the field.
* 2.5" section of integral ARCA dovetail rail integrally machined in front of the magazine well. After seeing
many other brands of chassis come into the shop with integrally machined ARCA rails so damaged that
they were not fully functional, I elected to let the user configure their own choice of a replaceable ARCA via
the 6 o'clock M-LOK slots on the forend.
* Custom molded recoil pad with aggressive texture combined with soft material won't slip on rain soaked
GoreTex.
* Ships with MagPul MOE pistol grip. Will accept any M4/AR15 compatible grip including the new verticals.
